Director – Anne Tallon
Anne Tallon is the Ngarluma Owner/Manager of Baru Group. Although from Broome in the Kimberley, Anne has strong family connections in the West Pilbara, in particular Roebourne/Karratha.
Anne has a background in Banking, and the Public Sector, with 30 years administrative experience which includes working with Ballymount Enterprises and as Office Manager with Talco Group before establishing Baru Group in 2015.
Anne’s attention to detail results in accurate record keeping and document management. Anne has developed and consolidated her skills and expertise in Payroll, Human Resources, Preparation of Returns, Bank Reconciliation & Account Keeping and Invoicing & Payment of Accounts as well as further developing her capacity to communicate with and deal with clients, Government & other Statutory Bodies, agencies, suppliers and employees.
As a local Indigenous woman, Anne is committed to providing real work opportunities for local Indigenous people and is able to communicate with organisations and develop lasting relationships, especially with young jobseekers.
Operations Manager – Nick Tallon
Nick has been involved in the construction industry in New South Wales and Western Australia for the past 35 years. Nick was one of the founding directors of Ballymount Enterprises Pty Ltd as well as being the Founding director of Talco Group Pty Ltd. He has an extensive knowledge of, a proven track record and an excellent reputation in the civil and concrete industry in Western Australia for delivering projects in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with client expectations. Nick strives to attain quality and accountability in all his endeavours and takes great pride in his relationships with our team and valued clientele.
